Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in all client homes and offices.
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and providing feedback to the management team.
Driving in multiple areas in Perth using your own car.
Taking care of all supplied cleaning equipment and products.
Working solo and with teams
Potentially training and leading other cleaning team members in the future.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a domestic cleaning role, with a strong attention to detail at least one year of professional experience.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Reliable, punctual, clean, neat and dependable.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Flexible and adaptable to the needs of our clients.
Australian work rights with TFN and police check.
A valid driver's licence and a reliable car are required to drive in multiple areas in Perth.

Working hours

Accepted Answer

We are open from 9 am to 5 pm for residential homes, and after hours for commercial properties.

No weekends and no public holidays for residential homes

Your working hours will be:

Trainee:

Between 7 - 15 hours weekly (2-3 months of training)

After training: 7 - 20 hours weekly.

A higher position may increase hours.
