Do I need to provide cleaning products?

Accepted Answer

There is no requirement for you to supply cleaning products and equipment, except for toilet brushes. If you have specific items for unique surfaces or materials, such as natural stone, we kindly ask that you provide the appropriate products for those areas.

We prioritise the use of eco-friendly solutions and strive to avoid harsh chemicals, underscoring our dedication to safe and effective residential cleaning practices.

What products do you use?

We utilise eco-friendly, natural-based, and non-toxic cleaning products sourced from reputable suppliers such as Envirocare Earth (Bayswater, WA), EcoDev (Moorabbin, Vic), and Gumption for our residential services.

For commercial cleaning, we offer a selection of eco-friendly options as well as hospital-grade cleaning solutions to meet diverse needs.

How do you determine pricing for your services?

Our pricing is based on the type of service, materials required, the scope of the job and travel fees. We provide transparent, upfront pricing before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Upon completion of the service, you will receive an invoice via email containing payment details within a few days. Please be advised that payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice email to avoid any late payment fees.

We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience, including bank transfer, direct debit, and credit card payments.

Can I cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

We don't have lock-in contracts with our services for residential cleaning; however, we require 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling or suspend our service in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule our service without being charged a cancellation fee.

We value time and respect all of you and your time, including ourselves (our cleaners' time), as much as possible. Ongoing cleaning clients are automatically confirmed for the same day on a regular basis. (Weekly and fortnightly clients) Less than 48 hours' notice, cancellation or reschedule fee is 60% of the cleaning service you have booked. Less than 24 hours' notice, cancellation or reschedule fee is 80% of the cleaning service you have booked.

A cancellation/ reschedule fee applies due to the difficulty in arranging replacement work for our cleaners. For our regular customers: If you have a slight/ no history of late cancellations, a cancellation fee may not be applied if situations such as loss of family members, accidents/injuries occur, as these conditions/ events are out of our control.

How often can I schedule cleanings?

You can choose a frequency that suits your needs, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

We do not offer one-time cleaning at the moment, such as vacate cleaning, rental inspection cleaning, or any one-off cleaning.

Is it always the same day and same time schedule?

Accepted Answer

We strive to maintain a consistent schedule for our visits for weekly and fortnight cleaning clients; however, unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, delayed work, or the availability of our team members may necessitate adjustments.

If any changes occur, we will notify you promptly. If the revised schedule is not suitable, we will work to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

Do I need to stay at home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

You don't need to remain on the premises during our cleaning visits, provided you grant us access to your property.

The majority of our clients utilise a key lockbox with codes, allowing us to enter their property as per their instructions. We adhere to your guidelines for access and ensure proper lockup upon completion of our cleaning services.

Please note that we do not retain your house key for residential cleaning.
